From public federal sources, primarily the contract opportunities published on SAM.gov. We check for new and updated notices every day and match them against your profile.
Is GovBid Radar affiliated with the government?
No. GovBid Radar is an independent product of Ironbearing Holdings LLC and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, GSA, or any government agency.
Do you submit bids for me?
No. We help you find and track opportunities. You decide what to bid on and submit your proposals yourself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. See the refund policy for details.

Terms of service
Effective October 11, 2026. These terms govern your use of GovBid Radar, a service operated by Ironbearing Holdings LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
GovBid Radar provides automated matching of publicly available government contract opportunities to the business profile you provide, along with email alerts and tracking tools. We do not guarantee that any opportunity is complete, accurate, current, or that you will win any contract. Always confirm details in the official notice before bidding.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you register.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable sales tax may be added. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply at your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't resell or redistribute the service, scrape it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Privacy policy
Effective October 11, 2026. This policy explains how Ironbearing Holdings LLC handles information collected through GovBid Radar.
What we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, email, company name, NAICS codes, certifications, and preferences; basic usage data such as pages visited and emails opened; and billing details, which are collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To match opportunities to your profile, send your alerts, run your account, process payments, provide support, and improve the service.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate GovBid Radar, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing .
Cancellation and refund policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing . Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
If you're not satisfied with GovBid Radar, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. After that, payments for completed or current billing periods are non-refundable, except where required by law. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
